Returns Accepted Within 30 Days
- Item must be unused and uninstalled
- Must be returned in original packaging
- Contact us before sending anything back
Not Eligible for Return
- Custom or made-to-order shelves (cut to specific lengths)
- Items that have been installed, drilled, or modified
- Items returned without prior authorisation

- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery

- We'll arrange a replacement or full refund — no stress
