Processing Times

• Standard orders: 2–5 business days
• Custom/made-to-order shelves: 5–10 business days
• We don't process orders on Queensland or national public holidays

Domestic Shipping (Australia)

• Standard delivery: 5–10 business days after dispatch
• Express delivery: 2–5 business days after dispatch
• Carriers: Australia Post, Sendle, or freight services for larger shelves

International Shipping

• Available to selected countries — email us at ak6455864@gmail.com before ordering to confirm we ship to your location
• Estimated delivery: 10–21 business days
• Customs duties and import taxes are the customer's responsibility

Order Tracking

• A tracking number is emailed to you once your order is dispatched
• Allow 24–48 hours for tracking to update after dispatch
